FOUNDER AND PARTNER
Veronica is a political strategist, communicator, and consultant with experience spanning city government, political campaigns, federal policy advocacy, and grassroots organizing. Her work focuses on helping campaigns, organizations, and clients develop effective strategies, build coalitions, and communicate in ways that move people to action.
She has worked across the full arc of political and policy engagements, from early message development and stakeholder engagement to field operations and coalition building. She understands how change is made not just at the strategic level, but on the ground, where relationships and execution matter as much as narrative.
She brings hands-on experience across every dimension of a campaign or advocacy effort, from press operations, brand development, and digital and creative strategy to field programs, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day operations. That range gives her a unique ability to align strategy and execution from the top of a campaign to the ground.
Her policy work spans reproductive freedom, domestic violence prevention, early childhood education, and family policy, giving her the ability to engage quickly on complex topics and craft strategies that connect across diverse communities and audiences.
She has worked alongside elected officials, government agencies, community organizations, and advocacy groups throughout her career, giving her a deep understanding of how political and policy ecosystems function, where leverage lives, and how to build coalitions that produce lasting results.

FOUNDER AND PARTNER
Joseph is a political strategist with over a decade of experience spanning government, public affairs, and political campaigns. In San Francisco, he has helped lead major policy initiatives, manage complex political campaigns, and build coalitions across government, community organizations, and the private sector. His work focuses on helping clients navigate challenging environments, craft effective strategies, and advance ambitious policy goals.
Joseph previously served as the Climate Advisor in the San Francisco Mayor’s Office, where he helped lead cross-departmental initiatives in clean transportation, decarbonization, and climate mitigation. Notable projects include spearheading and implement bold city programs such as curbside electric vehicle charging and coordinating citywide strategies to advance climate and sustainability goals.
Earlier in his career, Joseph has served as a chief of staff and campaign manager across San Francisco government, overseeing legislative strategy, operations, and successful district campaigns. He has also held senior communications and policy roles supporting one of the nation’s largest municipal utilities and its multibillion-dollar infrastructure programs, as well as other key City departments. Joseph has also managed high-stakes ballot measure campaigns, including a major San Francisco general obligation bond effort that raised $1.5 million and passed with more than 70% of the vote.
His career also spans in Washington, D.C., working on highly-technical federal legislative and regulatory policy before returning to San Francisco to focus on local government and political strategy.
Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Government Administration and Energy Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in International and Area Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
